Cancellations and Returns

We realise that in some circumstances you may wish to return a product. Subject to our Terms and Conditions (Item 11), we will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund.

To ensure that we can help you, you will need your order number provided when you placed your order.

To organise a return you must first get authorisation from our Customer Service team. To do this, we must receive written confirmation (either by email or post) that you wish to return your item(s). We will then advise you of the best method of return, and if any return fees apply. If you are posting your written confirmation to us, we recommend you telephone our Customer Service team first, as a delay in receiving your written confirmation may result in a change of your rights of return.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority's Trading Standards Department or a Citizens Advice Bureau.
