Bath Pillar & Deck Mixing Taps
Bath pillar taps are suitable for two tap hole baths; with separate hot and cold supply feeds.
Bath deck fillers are suitable for baths with two tap holes; they mix separate hot and cold supplies and output it through one spout.
Part G Legislation came into force April 2010 states:
‘the hot water supply temperature to a bath should be limited to a maximum of 48°C by use of an in line blending valve or other appropriate temperature control device, with a maximum temperature stop and a suitable arrangement of pipework’.
THIS MEANS ALL NEW BATHS MUST BE THERMOSTATICALLY PROTECTED
