Cancellations and Returns

We realise that in some circumstances you may wish to return a product. Subject to our Terms and Conditions (Item 11), we will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund. To confirm the process applicable to the purchase you are looking to return, we advise that you contact us following completion of the returns form which can be found  Independent 4 Life Limited Returns Form

 Please note that there are certain situations where you may not be able to return an item, an example of this would be an item that was custom ordered / bespoke. In these instances, you would have been notified pre-purchase and agreed to the terms & conditions when you purchased the item. To organise a return, you must first get authorisation from our Customer Service team. To do this, we must receive written confirmation (either by email or post) that you wish to return your item(s). We will then advise you of the best method of return, and if any return fees apply. If you are posting your written confirmation to us, we recommend you telephone our Customer Service team first, as a delay in receiving your written confirmation may result in a change of your rights of return.
