The AKW DigiPump Flow Sensor Kit (25194) is a replacement flow sensor assembly designed for use with compatible AKW DigiPump shower waste pumps, including the M11, M17 and M20 models.
Suitable for mixer shower installations and compatible electric shower applications, the flow sensor detects water flow and sends a signal to the DigiPump, allowing the pump to operate in response to shower use.
The kit includes the flow sensor, 15mm push-fit connectors and a brass Y-filter to assist with installation and help protect the sensor from debris.
Important – Check Your Existing Cable Before Ordering
AKW DigiPump systems can use either a flow sensor or a flow switch, depending on the existing installation. These are different components, so it is important to identify which version is required before ordering.
- 3-core cable: Flow Sensor – AKW product code 25194 (this product).
- 2-core cable: Flow Switch – AKW product code 05PP11 (sold separately).
If you are replacing an existing component, please check the number of cable cores connected to it. A 3-core cable indicates that a flow sensor is required, while a 2-core cable indicates that a flow switch is required.

Installation & Replacement Information
Before replacing an existing flow sensor or flow switch, isolate the electrical and water supplies as appropriate and confirm the correct replacement component for the installation.
This product, AKW 25194, is intended for installations requiring a 3-core flow sensor. Installations with an existing 2-core flow switch require the alternative AKW 05PP11 component.
Installation should be carried out by a suitably competent person in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure all connections are secure and the shower waste pump operates correctly before returning the shower to service.
