The worktop moves to the user

A fixed kitchen worktop is installed at one permanent height. That may suit one user, but it can make food preparation, washing and cooking difficult for someone working from a seated position or anyone who needs a different working height.

A worktop lift allows the complete working surface to be raised or lowered. Depending on the system, it can support a simple preparation area or a more complete arrangement incorporating sinks, hobs, drawers and suspended cabinets.

The right system depends on how frequently the height will change, what the worktop must carry and whether the layout is straight or follows a corner. All of our Granberg worktop lifts come with a front safety stop strip as standard.
