A low-level accessible kitchen
Different ways to create a comfortable seated working height
Kitchen Three demonstrates a lower-level approach to accessible kitchen design, with open space beneath important working areas and several different methods of changing worktop height.
The central island adjusts electrically, while the long side working areas demonstrate both cranked and gas-assisted manual adjustment. Together they show how the right lifting method can depend on how frequently the height needs to change.
The room also brings together shallow insulated sinks, accessible taps, corner storage and integrated power so that these components can be considered as parts of one complete kitchen rather than as individual adaptations.

Granberg Centerlift
The electric island concept, now evolved
The green island in Kitchen Three demonstrates the earlier Centerlift 960H. For new projects, that system has now been succeeded by the Granberg Centerlift 9600H, retaining the accessible island concept with an updated frame and integrated safety system.
400mm adjustment Current Centerlift 9600H adjusts between 700 and 1100mm, excluding the worktop.
200kg capacity Supports substantial island worktops and integrated equipment.
Multiple frame depths Current 9600 frames cover a wide range of island sizes.
Integrated safety A perimeter safety switch protects the moving underside.

Granberg Ergosteel Trendline
Three shallow sinks, three different configurations
Kitchen Three is particularly useful for comparing the Ergosteel Trendline range. Three different bowl arrangements and PVD finishes are installed side-by-side while retaining the shallow 120mm bowl depth used to preserve clearance beneath an accessible worktop.

Granberg Manulift 6350 & 6380
Compare frequent and occasional manual adjustment
Kitchen Three demonstrates two manual alternatives to an electric worktop lift. The Manulift 6350 uses a folding winding handle for smooth stepless adjustment, while the Manulift 6380 uses gas assistance and locking positions for less frequent height changes.

Showroom display: 960HC-00
The green central island demonstrates the earlier Granberg Centerlift 960H. It electrically raises and lowers the complete island work surface and incorporates the ES11 shallow sink.
The Centerlift 960H has been superseded by the Centerlift 9600H. For a new project, the 9600H is the current system to specify and purchase.
