No, there is no minimum order value on our website.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are flexible on our site and are based on a number of factors such as delivery address and manufacturer.
Is your site secure?

Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
The server we use is also fully PCI compliant, and regular tests are undertaken by Trustwave to maintain this.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit or Debit Card - Powered by Braintree (owned by PayPal) for ease of use and security. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use this method.
PayPal - You will be forwarded to the PayPal website for payment.
BACS - Bank transfer. Select this method, confirm your order, then transfer payment into our account using the details provided. Please quote your Order Number as the reference and send an email to [email protected] to confirm your payment has been made.
Purchase Order - NHS customers only. Enter your PO number into the box provided then confirm your order.
Cheque - Select this method, confirm your order, then send us a cheque using the details provided in your order confirmation.
Quotation - Use this method to get a quote on an order. This DOES NOT constitute payment or a confirmed order, and should only be used to get a guide price for a prospective order.
Telephone - Credit or debit card. Call us to arrange payment over the phone.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open for telephone enquiries between 9.00am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday.
Our office is currently not open to the public for visiting.
I require an item not listed on your website. Can you source this product for me?
Yes. If you can provide the manufacturer details, product name and part number, we will endeavor to provide you with the best price and product information.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
All our goods are available with manufacturer guarantees, please register your items with the appropriate manufacturer or you can contact us if you have any questions.
I've registered for an account - why can't I log in to it?
When you register for an account, our website sends you an email with a link you must click to activate your account. You will not be able to log in unless you have completed this step. Please check your Spam / Junk folder for this email if it is not in your Inbox. If you are still having problems, please contact us and we can activate your account from our systems too.
