The lift is only the mechanism
A successful adjustable washbasin depends on everything attached to it
A basin lift can move the washbasin to a comfortable height, but that movement affects the basin, tap, hot and cold feeds, waste connection and surrounding bathroom layout.
The basin needs to be compatible with the selected bracket and shaped appropriately for the intended user. The services beneath it need enough movement to follow the basin without being pulled tight or obstructing knee space.

Do not let fixed plumbing defeat an adjustable basin
A moving washbasin needs water and waste connections that can accommodate its complete travel. The correct solution depends on how far the basin moves vertically, whether it also moves sideways and how much space is available beneath it.
Flexible waste systems
Extending waste hoses allow drainage to follow the basin through its height adjustment rather than relying on a rigid fixed pipe.
Shallow & waterless traps
Compact trap arrangements can reduce the amount of equipment occupying the valuable knee-clearance zone beneath the basin.
Drain fittings
Complete the basin with a compatible plug, waste or drain fitting appropriate to its overflow configuration.

The required hose length depends on how the basin moves
Do not select flexible services simply because they fit at one height. Check the complete path between the lowest and highest positions—and sideways travel where a Pressalit track is used.
Vertical movement
Leave enough service length for the complete rise-and-fall range, while preventing loops from becoming trapped, stretched or positioned where they reduce leg clearance.
Sideways movement
A basin moving along a horizontal PLUS track requires enough service length and a suitable routing arrangement for the intended lateral travel.
Combined movement
Where both height and sideways position change, specify the plumbing around the furthest possible combination of movements, not just the nominal installation position.

Products from these ranges are often designed around particular basin dimensions, fixing patterns and movement systems. A basin that physically fits the space is not automatically suitable for every adjustable bracket.
Pressalit PLUS compatibility: current PLUS components should be matched with the corresponding PLUS track system. Do not assume older Pressalit tracks and current PLUS components are interchangeable. Check the exact product compatibility and current installation instructions before ordering.
