The Granberg ESG-4001BL is a white quartz composite kitchen sink designed for accessible and inclusive kitchens where ergonomics, comfort and everyday practicality are essential. Featuring a generous single bowl with a left-hand drainer, it provides an attractive and highly functional solution for both seated and standing users.

The shallow 120 mm bowl depth helps preserve valuable knee and leg clearance beneath the worktop, allowing wheelchair users and anyone working from a seated position to approach the sink more comfortably than with a conventional deep bowl.

Manufactured from durable SILICSANA® quartz composite, containing approximately 80% natural quartz sand, the sink combines excellent strength with a smooth, hygienic, non-porous finish that is easy to clean and highly resistant to everyday wear.

The ESG-4001BL is supplied through the Granberg range and is suitable for both fixed-height kitchen worktops and compatible height-adjustable kitchen systems.

Designed for Accessible Kitchens

Many standard kitchen sinks have deep bowls and drainage arrangements that reduce the available knee clearance beneath the worktop. The ESG-4001BL has been designed differently.

Its optimised 120 mm bowl depth allows users to work closer to the sink while maintaining a comfortable seated position. Combined with the rear-positioned waste outlet, this creates greater freedom of movement beneath the worktop and improves accessibility for wheelchair users and anyone who benefits from seated working.

The generously sized draining board provides a convenient area for drying crockery, draining vegetables or preparing food while keeping water contained within the sink area.

Overflow Positioned Within the Draining Board

Unlike many traditional kitchen sinks, the overflow is integrated into the draining board rather than inside the sink bowl.

This clever design allows the full 120 mm bowl depth to be utilised while still providing overflow protection. The result is increased usable bowl capacity without compromising safety or accessibility.

Flexible Waste System

The sink is supplied complete with a syphon, flexible waste hose, basket strainer and overflow components.

The flexible waste hose simplifies installation in fixed-height kitchens and is particularly beneficial when installing the sink within compatible height-adjustable worktop systems, allowing the drainage arrangement to accommodate movement when correctly installed.

An optional PVD-coated basket waste set is available to coordinate with coloured taps and other kitchen fittings. The removable basket catches food particles before they enter the waste system, helping reduce blockages while making cleaning quick and easy.

Each waste set features a durable PVD finish and an integrated magnetic closure for smooth, secure operation. They are designed specifically for Granberg granite sinks and Trendline sinks.

Optional Chopping Board for Granite Sinks – 362 × 300 mm

The optional integrated chopping board is designed to fit securely over compatible Granberg granite sinks, creating a stable food preparation surface while helping maximise available worktop space.

Made from solid SAPELE hardwood without glued joints or fillers, it offers excellent durability and resistance to moisture while helping reduce the risk of cracking. The food-safe, BPA-free and mould-resistant surface is also gentle on knife blades, making it a practical and stylish accessory for everyday kitchen use.

Mounting – Inset

The ESG-4001BL is designed for inset installation into a suitable worktop. The recommended worktop cut-out is 760 × 480 mm and should always be confirmed before cutting.
