The Inta Acura Safe Touch Thermostatic Bar Shower is a TMV3 and WRAS approved thermostatic shower valve designed for safe, accessible showering in domestic, healthcare and care environments.
Designed with paddle-style handles to aid operation for users with limited dexterity, the shower provides independent control of water temperature and flow. The thermostatic cartridge maintains a stable mixed water temperature, while anti-scald cold water fail-safe technology provides additional protection should the water supplies be interrupted.
The Safe Touch shower body is designed to remain cooler during operation, helping to reduce the risk of accidental contact with a hot valve body.
The Acura shower complies with NHS D08 and BS 7942 requirements and is suitable for use with a range of plumbing systems, including combination boilers, unvented supplies, gravity systems and mains pressure systems.
