Purus Line Vinyl Plus 600 mm linear drain with a Brushed Brass coloured stainless steel Chess grid, designed for wetrooms with vinyl sheet flooring up to 3 mm thick.

Suitable for installation into concrete / screed floors, with an integrated clamping frame designed to securely fix the vinyl sheet flooring around the drain.

Installation guidance:

• The minimum floor gradient should be 1:150 to ensure water flows towards the drain
• The gradient should generally be no steeper than 1:50 to help reduce the risk of slipping
• A nominal fall of approximately 2% is commonly used
• Do not install the drain on a raised platform; it is designed to be installed level with the surrounding finished floor

Concrete / screed floor installation:

• Create suitable falls within the screed so water drains towards the channel
• Supplied with 2 x plastic support legs for setting the drain height and level before casting the concrete or screed
• Support legs provide an adjustable height from approximately 88-195 mm

Timber floor installation - requires a Maxxus Floor Former - not included:

• Check that the joists and surrounding floor structure are flat, level, sound and secure before installation
• Use suitable marine plywood in accordance with BS 8203:2017 for vinyl sheet flooring
• Install suitable noggins or structural supports around the floor former and linear drain where required to provide additional support
• A suitable Maxxus Floor Former is required for timber floor installation and is not included

Warranty:

• The Purus Line Vinyl Plus has a design life of 25 years when installed, used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and used with normal shower water
