Do I need a Microsoft Teams account?
No. You can open the meeting link and join as a guest without creating or signing into a Microsoft Teams account.
How long does the tour take?
A virtual showroom tour takes around one hour on average. The exact duration depends on the number of rooms and products you would like to discuss.
Can other people join the appointment?
Yes. You can add additional guests’ email addresses when completing the booking. This may include family members, occupational therapists, carers, designers or contractors.
What happens after I book?
You will receive a booking confirmation containing the appointment information and joining details. Keep this email so that the meeting link is easy to find on the day.
What should I prepare before the call?
Plans, room dimensions, photographs and product references can be helpful but are not essential. A clear idea of the rooms or products you want to see is enough to begin.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Your Calendly confirmation normally includes the options needed to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
