The AKW 9.5kW SmartCare electric shower with care accessory kit is designed to support safe, intuitive use for a wide range of users. It features audible temperature control clicks to assist people with dementia or visual impairments, alongside a low-glare finish that improves visibility and reduces visual strain. Built for strength and flexibility, it includes a 150kg load-bearing riser rail (1000mm) and a 2m smooth, anti-kink shower hose. The shower head is easily adjustable for multi-user settings and can also be removed, allowing carers to assist more effectively when needed.

The shower has also been designed to assist the installer with simple but thoughtful features such as 6/8 different electric/water entry points and a footprint that covers most manufacturer models; this reduces the chances of having to re-tile if retrofitting.
For added reassurance when showering, the included 1000mm riser bar has a 150kg maximum load allowing it to double as a grab bar if needed.
