The 346 takes the mobile, powered format of Granberg's care range and adapts it specifically for showering. The compact-laminate platform, shower mattress and flexible drainage connection are designed to work together as one washing system.
Electric adjustment provides a 400mm working-height range, while lockable castors allow the trolley to be repositioned when required. Rechargeable battery operation means continuous mains connection is not needed during normal use.
The underside is kept open for mobile patient-lift access, supporting transfer routines where a hoist is required.

The showering system stays the same; the usable length changes
Both 346 sizes retain the same 700mm depth, four-gate protection, powered movement, battery arrangement and drainage concept.

The longer platform provides additional usable length while retaining the same core showering, drainage and mobility features.
Designed specifically for wet care
Shower mattress, drainage and mobility are built into the trolley
The 346 uses a 12mm white compact-laminate platform beneath an all-welded shower mattress, with a 200mm border around the washing area.
A 1200mm flexible drainage hose with a 46mm outside diameter connects the trolley to a suitable drain, so drainage location must be considered as part of the room plan.

Showering, transfer and hygiene
The 346 has to work as both a trolley and a wet-care surface
Its specification combines the movement of a mobile nursing trolley with the materials and drainage requirements of assisted showering.
Clearance for mobile patient lifts
Open space beneath the trolley helps a mobile hoist approach the user during assisted transfer routines.

The 400mm powered adjustment allows carers to set a more suitable working height before or during care.

The current Granberg specification lists IPX6 protection for the trolley system and a sealed, all-welded mattress.

Drainage and circulation need to work together
Check the route from transfer position to showering position, the reach of the drainage hose, clear space for folded gates and the location used for charging or parking the trolley.
