The tray is manufactured from robust, hygienic stainless steel with a perforated surface that allows water to drain freely into the sink below. Its generous 355 × 440 mm size provides a useful working area while keeping rinsing and draining tasks contained over the bowl.

Positioning these tasks closer to the top of the sink may make food preparation and washing more comfortable for seated users, wheelchair users and people who find reaching into a sink bowl difficult.
