The sink does not have to be used only as a bowl
A well-chosen accessory can turn the sink area into a preparation surface, rinsing station, draining area or more convenient waste-control point.
That can be particularly useful in an accessible kitchen, where keeping frequently used tasks within a comfortable working zone can reduce unnecessary reaching, lifting and movement around the room.
The key is compatibility. Granberg's Ergosteel, Trendline and Granite accessories are not all interchangeable, so start with the exact sink model before choosing the accessory.
Choose around the task
What do you want the sink area to do?
Sink accessories work best when they solve a specific everyday task rather than simply adding another item to the worktop.
Rinse & drain
Rinsing bowls, wire baskets and perforated trays keep washing and draining within the sink area.
Add drying space
Trendline drying boards can provide a removable draining surface without permanently enlarging the sink footprint.
Improve controls
Remote waste valves can move drain operation away from the bottom of the bowl to a more convenient position.
Accessories can bring preparation, washing and draining
into one compact working zone around the sink.

Turn part of the bowl into useful working space
In a smaller or accessible kitchen, extra worktop space can be valuable. A fitted chopping board or tray uses the sink opening itself rather than requiring another fixed surface elsewhere.
Perforated trays and baskets also allow rinsed food or dishes to drain directly into the bowl below, helping keep water within the sink area.

Removable when not needed
The sink returns to its normal bowl configuration when the accessory is removed.

Appearance alone is not enough to establish compatibility. Check the sink family, exact model, bowl dimensions and accessory product information before ordering.
Classic stainless-steel accessories
The ES accessory range includes teak chopping boards, a wire basket, vegetable rinsing bowl, cutlery insert, waste components and an integrated liquid dispenser.
The two teak boards are different sizes:
293 × 400mm and 340 × 400mm. Check which one
matches the chosen ES sink.

Accessories designed as part of the sink
Trendline introduces a broader range of coordinated accessories, including perforated rinsing trays, drying boards and a Swedish oak chopping board. Selected accessories are also available in finishes that coordinate with PVD sink colours.
Important distinction: the small 200 × 430mm

Trendline accessories are particularly useful because several are designed to sit neatly within or across the sink itself rather than occupying separate worktop space.
Small rinsing tray · 200 × 430 × 70mm
A perforated stainless-steel tray for rinsing fruit, vegetables and dishes, draining items or thawing frozen food. Designed to fit all Trendline models.

Swedish oak chopping board
310 × 420mm solid-oak board with a shaped underside for a secure fit. Granberg specifies it for all Trendline sink models.
Large rinsing tray
355 × 440mm perforated tray for the EST-500 only. Current catalogue options are Stainless Steel and Gold PVD.
Drying board
355 × 440mm removable draining surface for the EST-500 only, currently offered in Stainless Steel and Gold PVD.
Single-bowl rotary waste control
Allows the waste to be opened and closed from a recessed control rather than by reaching down into the bowl. Suitable only for compatible single-bowl configurations.
Accessibility can extend to the waste control
Why reach into the bowl if the control can come to you?
Granberg's 618-060 remote rotary waste valve moves control of the sink outlet away from the bottom of the bowl. The rotary control can instead be recessed into the sink surface, surrounding worktop or front fascia.
This can make the waste easier to reach from a seated position or where reaching into a sink bowl is inconvenient.

Before ordering
Check compatibility before choosing by appearance
Accessories can look very similar while being designed for different sink dimensions. A few checks now are much easier than discovering the mismatch after the kitchen has been installed.
Identify the sink family
Establish whether the sink is Ergosteel ES, Trendline or Granite.
Find the exact model
EST-500-specific accessories, for example, should not be assumed to fit another Trendline sink.
Check accessory dimensions
Several chopping boards and trays look similar but use different widths and depths.
Match the finish
Trendline PVD accessories can coordinate with the sink finish where matching colours are available.
Check bowl configuration
The 618-060 rotary valve is intended for compatible single-bowl configurations only.
Plan integrated fittings early
Rotary controls and dispensers may require holes or recesses in the sink, worktop or fascia.
