One method of increasing the safety of your height-adjustable worktops are panels that are attached to the side of the product which block the gap between the worktop and any furniture beside it. This ensures nothing will get trapped in the gap as it rises and falls.
If you choose to add on cabinets to your Sidelift or Centerlift, you will want to include a safety panel that is placed beneath the cabinet. It ensures that the worktop movement will halt and begin to rise upward if there is an obstruction.
