Suitable for installation in timber or concrete floors with vinyl or floor tiling with a tanking kit (not included). Can be cut down to size. Self-supporting, requires no additional support underneath, 470kg loading over 400mm joist centres. Excludes waste.
The Maxxus is a strong 22mm thick wet room floor former tray suitable for wooden and concrete floors is incredibly strong.
With an offset waste and totally flat underside, the Maxxus is easy to install.
Note: The MT version of the Maxxus floor former does not include the waste.
