The Hydromat Butyl Self-Adhesive Floor Drain Gasket is designed to create a secure, waterproof and flexible seal around wetroom floor drains in tiled floor installations.

Used as part of the Hydromat EasyLap tanking system, this 330 mm x 330 mm gasket provides a reliable interface between the tanking membrane and the drain, helping to prevent water ingress at one of the most critical points in any wetroom. Supplied without a pre-cut hole, it allows for accurate on-site cutting to suit a wide range of drain types and positions.

The high-tack butyl backing ensures strong adhesion to the substrate, while the fleece top surface provides an excellent key for tile adhesive, allowing tiles to be installed immediately after fitting. This makes it ideal for use with Maxxus floor formers and Purus wastes in both domestic and commercial wetroom installations.
