Upgrade your wet room with the Maxxus Wet Room Floor Former – available in a range of sizes to suit your space. At just 22mm thick, this self-supporting deck is engineered for strength and flexibility, with a load capacity of up to 470kg over 400mm joist centers. Designed for timber or concrete floors, it’s compatible with vinyl or tiled finishes when used with a tanking kit (not included). The tray can be trimmed to size and requires a 197–200mm overall diameter waste (not included).
The Maxxus is a strong 22mm thick wet room floor former tray suitable for wooden and concrete floors is incredibly strong.
With an offset waste and totally flat underside, the Maxxus is easy to install.
Note: The MT version of the Maxxus floor former does not include the waste.
